Reporting to the Head of Operations for Accommodation, you will have responsibility for the operations of this Hall of Residence. You will manage a team of professional staff (Administrator and Resident Coordinator) and student staff (Resident Advisers). We are seeking a capable manager who can lead the development of a community that is safe, comfortable, supportive, conducive to academic success, and responsive to the needs of students/guests in residence.
You will role model appropriate sociability for your accommodation community as well as high levels of customer service for staff in your Hall. You will live onsite in the Hall and be prepared to respond to critical incidents when required. After hours/weekend on-call is shared with a team of professional staff. You will be warm and open in your personal style but with a level of personal integrity that allows you to maintain consistent and respectful standards of behaviour within a community tolerant of diverse perspectives and needs.
